(PAM) was founded on July 22, 2021, as a member of the Hylife business group, with the objective of acquiring and rehabilitating non-performing loans from both financial and non-financial institutions in Thailand. The company specializes in comprehensive debt management, which includes capabilities in debt acquisition, debt restructuring, debt collection, negotiations, and legal actions to facilitate debt recovery. Our team of seasoned professionals leverages extensive experience in debt management and employs modern systems to drive debt rehabilitation. We aim to become the largest non-performing asset manager in the northern region of Thailand by 2026 and one of the top five in Thailand by 2028.
